Our Story

From Uncertainty to a Place of Hope

Five years ago, in the midst of a difficult financial season, a dream was born in our hearts. What once felt like a time of uncertainty became the beginning of a new opportunity, sustained by our faith in God, perseverance, and the unconditional love of my wife, whose patience guided us every step of the way.

That is how ABUELO'S RANCH came to life—a name inspired by our grandson, who represents the hope, joy, and legacy we wish to build. With God's guidance, we have worked day by day to bring this place to life, pouring our hands and hearts into every detail.

Along this journey, we were also blessed by the guidance of a wonderful family who generously shared their knowledge and taught us how to build and care for our garden. Their support was a true blessing and became an important part of our story.

A true labor of love

"May everyone who walks through our gates find peace, joy, and a little piece of country warmth to take home in their hearts."

Our Mission

Why We Do What We Do

Our greatest desire is to be a testimony of Christ’s love through everything we do. We want every person who walks through our doors to have a meaningful experience—whether by purchasing a plant, spending time with our animals, or simply breathing in the peace that surrounds this place.

Animal Welfare

Every animal here is family. From our prize-winning horses to the neighborhood ducks, they all get the best care, organic feed, and all the belly rubs they can handle.

Education

We host school tours, summer camps, and workshops. Learning should be fun, and what better classroom than a real working ranch?

Community

We're proud to be part of the Weirsdale community. From supporting local events to welcoming visitors from all over, we believe in growing together.

Sustainability

Solar panels, rainwater collection, and regenerative farming practices. We're working toward a ranch that gives back more than it takes.

Come Be Part of Our Story

We hope that each visit leaves beautiful memories in your heart, and that in some way, we may be a blessing to everyone who honors us with their presence.
